With his embarrassing run of events and series of screw ups I need an SEC championship before I believe in him. I believe he should get 3 years. That gives him time to build his team and staff.
10 wins is great but it doesn’t mean shite if you can’t compete for championships.
Mark Richt went 10-3 in 2015 and UGA fired him. Clearly it was the right move.
We paid 10 million dollars for Les not to coach here. Les was 9-3 in 2015 with a cancelled game against Mcnese state.
You don’t pay 8 figures to stay the same.

O was a bad hire, and he is not a power 5 coach. If he wins 9 season games with this schedule, I’ll have a little confidence in him moving forward.

He has absolutely no business running a major college program. Win me back implies he had me to begin with. I will never pull against my Tigers, but absolutely nothing will make me an Ed Orgeron fan. Even if we win something one day with him in the HC position, it will be in spite of him, not because of him...hence “get the best coordinators” comment out of his own mouth.

10 wins in the regular season and I’m behind him going into 2019.

These folks are like the Libs, he could win the Natty, 2 yrs in a row and they would complain, because they are not LSU Fans anymore than the Libs are Constitutionalists.
