Better resume than Mark Pope
Arizona State would be a nice step for him next year. If he did anything there (or somewhere similar) and didn't get into trouble he would be setting himself up nicely for the next job.

Yes really and you can’t give the one reason for something then deflect as soon as it’s proven to be faulty logic. He’s not going to a blue blood but your argument is wrong.

I don’t know what one has to do with the other.
My contention is wade wants to stick it to lsu and Woodward.
He ain’t coming back to a place with poor support and zero loyalty
Taking the bama job would be the perfect opportunity for him to accomplish this

Well that would mean Woodward should be fired

quote:you have to be kidding. UNC is a top 5 job in all of college basketball. The same UNC who got Roy from Kansas, they can have who they want.
Why would Oats go to UNC? He won’t make as much

quote:Not like you gave a reason why you think Wade has a better resume. I think what Pope did at Utah Valley and BYU is more impressive. But beyond the coaching resume his reputation as a steady guy is light years ahead of Wade and unlike Wade he has played in college and the NBA.

But at the end of the day, we both agree he isn't going to a blue blood. Probably a next level team in a power conference.

Don’t have to give one, the resume is data, it can’t be altered even though you’re doing your best to do that by playing make believe again.

How’d he cheat?
Try googling NCAA violations Will Wade. There are so many articles. Or you can read the actual 80+ page report on Wade’s transgressions. Add to the fact that the POS refused to talk to the NCAA, FBI or cooperate with his bosses at LSU.
Here is one of so many examples, mostly pertaining to impermissible payments to players and their families.
“Wade, who is now the basketball coach at McNeese State, was fired as the Tigers' coach in March 2022 after the NCAA cited him in six out of eight total Level I violations handed down by the NCAA for LSU's alleged recruiting violations within the basketball program”

I’ve actually read it you obviously haven't. Nowhere in your spinning have you pointed out how he “cheated”. So again how did he cheat?

These morons will never answer your question. They are the same posters who shite on great coaches and prop up loser coaches. It’s like clockwork
Posted on 2/15/25 at 8:45 pm to DamnStrong
Wrong, the only impermissible payment was to an ex players ex girlfriend. Try again
Posted on 2/15/25 at 8:49 pm to Madking
Bama ain't hiring Wade, pipe dream....wise up.
Posted on 2/15/25 at 8:49 pm to SeekGreatness
Their argument all run into each other because they’re all false. “Wade’s only winning at McNeese because it’s a weak conference”. Followed by “ Mark Pope’s resume is more impressive because he won at a weak school in a weak conference”
They’ll say anything and know nothing
They’ll say anything and know nothing
