I played at Tech 35 years ago and have rooted for LSU my whole life.

I understand this sentiment, and as someone who went to another in state school I never wore LSU gear on campus, but I went to my school for free where as LSU would have cost me and my parents money. Looking back I regret it, but there are many reasons not to go to LSU if it doesn’t make sense (money, family, whatever)

I went to UL when it was USL and wore LSU gear all the time LOL

Yeah I can see that. I'm in my 50's and the disdain that some of my Tech friends have for LSU is mind boggling.

Cheers to you my good buddy. I love Ruston. Cheered for Wayne Smith and Karl Malone back in the day. The Lady Techsters were freaking awesome and loved them.
