Let me know when we get the national championship two years in a row.
By the way, CBK won the SEC is first year and his team has sucked all four years he’s been here.
Woody sucks and so does CBK. At least we have JJ and Mulkey. I’m not even going to men’s basketball

There are more people at the PMAC for Women’s Hoops and Gymnastics than Men’s Hoops, so you would be as wrong about this as you are every other fricking thing you blabber about.

That is the most ridiculous argument.

Woody has destroyed Men's basketball.

If Kim were to retire after this season, women's basketball would be as dead as Men's.

Kim and Wade have both proven that LSU fans will support a winner. Why pay hard earned money, to support Woody's incompetence.

So let’s reset the table so that guy can’t twist the argument. Someone posted that since gymnastics won that meant Woody was great to which other people pointed out that it isn’t really the barometer to judge an AD with. That guy lashed out and tried to say anyone pointing out that reality was attacking gymnastics which is insane. People are mad at Woody for frivolous spending and stubbornness after making the worst possible hire for the second most important sport in the program which is totally justifiable. The Wade part of it and sniping at BK are just soap boxes, the real issues are the chaos and the money.

Well, technically, Gymnastics won the regular season championship, based on W-L record. Tied with OU, but the conference doesn’t recognize either team as co-champion, just champion. We would win based on head-to-head if tie-breakers existed though :)

The regular season championship has only existed since 2017, and we have won 3 times. The meet between all teams has existed much longer, and we have won 5 times. This year the SEC Championship meet is in Birmingham 3/22.

Geaux Tigers!!!

fricking read, dammit. My reply was to Semjase’s stupid comment that no one gives a shite about those sports. It wasn’t a dig at men’s basketball. I actually AGREE with you that LSU fans will support proven winners, even in women’s sports. That’s happening now, and I also agree that they will come back for men’s hoops once it is back on track.

Woody made a bad hire in McMahon and he deserves heat for that. He needs to fix it. And I want to see him make a change.

But NONE OF THAT means LSU fans should be dismissing success or shitting on other sports on campus because one happens to be struggling. That’s asinine and it has absolutely nothing to do with support or dislike for any particular coach or the AD.

That is by far the most I have ever learned at about LSU gymnastics.

Bunnie is officially the rant gymnastics correspondent. In all seriousness, post more gym info for us that have no clue about it or where to even watch it.

Again, read the comment I replied to. It was to point out that people DO CARE about gymnastics and women’s hoops, at least with the big-time success both programs have had recently. It has nothing to do with what you are talking about. It wasn’t even said directly in support of Woodward. You are conjuring all of that out of thin air.

Cool. We won in a sport that loses money. Congrats I guess

What a sorry, sad fan base haunts this this site. You guys are immature children. Can't even be happy for a bunch of LSU ladies that work incredibly hard at their sport.

And I didn't watch a minute of it. Only interested in football and basketball like the vast majority of fans. OK throw in baseball for the fanatics.

And everyone's proud of the gymnastics program. That doesn't change the fact that in terms of sports, gymnastics is on nearly the bottom rung of importance. Basketball is on the second rung. Just below football.

Quick, without looking it up. How did Gymnastics, Ladies basketball, and Softball fare in 2019?

How did Football and Mens Basketball fare in 2019.
Bet you don't have to research that, to give an answer.

Maybe Woodward can celebrate by going to the McNeese St Selection Show watch party.
