Are yall having trouble logging into the ticket website? Has been giving me issues all weekend and this morning with an error message “sorry, we’re having issues signing people in right now. Please check back later”

Anyone else?

Shouldn’t this answer your question? They’re telling you they’re having issues on their end.

Maybe I worded it wrong, or maybe you’re just a dick. But read the full post and it says “all weekend”. I’m asking has anyone else had these same issues since Friday? Hard to believe they’re still having it. But yeah you’re just a sarcastic dick offering nothing to this thread. Nice!

How is it being a dick to state they’re point blank telling you they’re having issues. What do you want them to say?

They likely started having issues close to the weekend and didn’t have anyone off hours to fix it and have now put up a banner to inform visitors. Websites break, servers break, backend databases get corrupted and can break. Are you intentionally being obtuse?

Apologies for Drizz’s unhelpfulness

I just tried to login on Microsoft Edge browser on desktop & got this same message.

I tried to login on Safari browser on mobile & was able to login with no issues and access the selection site

I was having this issue. Use the "Sign in with One time code". That worked for me

If it’s browser incompatibility, they likely pushed new code late last week and are having unexpected results. Many times you’ll see websites - happens more often with work intranet sites - stating they only officially support Edge or Chrome, etc. because each browser can interpret the code slightly different.

Is that more helpful and not dickish? So yes, try a different browser or bypass the sign in process.

I'm able to sign in today without any problem. I think I heard they were fixing coding issues in the homosexual ticket holder accounts soon so maybe that's what's happening.

They have been in the process of trying to change a few things for at least the last month and a half or two months. This has been asked several times in that time period. You can try different browsers, and one may work, but it may also mean that you simply tried the new browser when the site was functioning better, had traffic, or had a resource load below the threshold that induces problems (perhaps because of traffic or because no developers are troubleshooting).

I've had issues within that time frame on Chrome on my desktop. I will just try again later, and it will eventually work on the same browser.
