Playing on the road is always a big factor in these. The fact that they already beat us in Baton Rouge isn’t helping. I do think we win tonight and will be satisfied with anything that gets us a W in terms of how the game goes.

You can’t be this dense. This is acme anvil level dense.

Every fan base in the history of fandom cries about refing against their team. You can’t say “check out tRant , an LSU fan site, see all the bad calls we get!!!!”

Come on maaaaaaaaaan.

We lost to them because we didn't defend the 3's... If we do a better job tonite we win.

i like our chances if every missed shot that bounces off the frickin rim doesn’t magically land in a Florida’s player’s hands

It would take some weird bounces/bad calls for LSU to lose to this UF team

Like in the last game? I can't recall a game with more long rebounds that went right to the same team every time. I don't think the LSU boys were not trying, it just seems like the rebounds were all coming out to the guards and not to the bigs under the basket.

Yeah it’s moved to Pk at most places now. Just puzzling to me that it opened at that number.

Yes, Florida's shooting was way over its head.

Also, Waters already had the flu and was very little, if any, help that night. He probably shouldn't have been playing. He is healthy now.

The Tigers do need to rebound better. No way that Florida should grab so many offensive rebounds this time around.

Florida plays tough but they’re still 17-12 and 9-5 at home. Playing on the road is tough but a bunch of teams have beaten Florida there. It’ll probably be a lot like the Alabama game but LSU has a ton of motivation for the game tonight. If Georgia can beat Florida there LSU certainly can. LSU doesn’t deserve to win the SEC if they can’t beat Florida tonight.

LSU has beaten better teams on the road. With a healthy Waters, we should be able to dominate.

There isn't one. The game is a pick. It's basically even money for either side (less the vig).

ETA:

That’s not what I’m saying at all. Of course I’m not saying that posters on the rant are always right when they complain about the calls. I’m pointing out that there are numerous, numerous challenges by LSU fans. There are going to be many are absolutely justified.

We’ve had loads of bad calls that could’ve possibly affected the outcomes of our games.
.
Obviously other teams get bad calls too. I’m hopeful Florida gets more than we do, that’s all.

I just don’t want us to be on the receiving of bad calls that affects potentai points scored. Thinking of things like carrying the ball, hand checks on drives, which are called very inconsistently. Traveling when making fast breaks. Charges, instead of blocks. It really gets on my nerves to have scoring opportunities prevented by officials who are mis-calling plays.

ESPECIALLY phantom fouls called on our bigs under the basket, that end up with key players getting into foul trouble and having to sit on the bench for long periods, or fouling out, or playing cautiously at the end of games.

SImply put, if officials are going to miss lots of calls, or make the wrong call, I’d prefer that they do it on Florida.

We win easily tonight I believe. They came out with a fantastic game plan against us and we came out flat. We were ripe for the picking in the first game. Our athletes will come out ready tonight and they really don't have the players to keep up with our tempo once we get rollin.

If LSU can rebound better and hit 3s at even a decent rate, I like their chances. Also, Smart has seriously emerged since the last time we played them. They can focus on Waters, but now Smart can get them too.

Why they kicked our arse last time? Vegas knows what’s up. I bet LSU, 8-0 on the road.
