I knew this was a Bianchi piece before I clicked on the link. And it didn't disappoint. Reads like it was written by a high school sophomore. Childish drivel and a lot of it was inaccurate, although the part about Alleva being a buffoon was correct. Someone take Bianchi's pom poms from him.

It was a mess abd Alleva got cucked. Im guessing the commish sided with Foley out of respect for his tenure and Florida being the state that was "impacted."

Beckwith got hurt and we could not stop the run game. We needed a yard and Fournette was on the sideline. Difference in the game. I think this has been a huge motivational push for Guice to train hard and look to prove himself. Its gonna suck to be a Florida Gator

He's definitely not wrong about Alleva. That guy has been cancer for LSU since he left Duke in shambles.

Fournette shouldn't have even played. Another red flag against O.

That guy gets paid to write. That's flabbergasting.

I'd be ashamed to hand in something like that to a high school English teacher.

Tigerdroppings posters were more proactive to get that game played the weekend it was scheduled than Foley was. I remember after the lsu game the previous Saturday reading the TD thread about the hurricane and everyone discussing how it would affect the lsu/UF game. Stinking Hannagriff was losing his mind on Tuesday pointing out how Florida was doing nothing to prepare for this. Florida purposely stalled and the SEC commish sided with them. Sankey was supposed to be the neutral overseer that did the right thing. He dropped the ball and kids from four schools lost out on one of their career college games.

This. 100% this. I think Sankey didn't think there should be an issue, agreed with Foley before realizing LSU wanted to play this game, and then got upset LSU was digging their heels in the ground.

Really wish, from a PR standpoint, Alleva handled this better. You 100% can assume Foley leaked these stories to the media that LSU was being insensitive before Alleva could leak that UF was trying to push the game off.

Do we have any respect for Florida? I don't think so. I hate Alabama but I respect them.

Not only that, but because he (Alleva) dug in his heels last season and wouldn’t play the game in Gainesville.

Funny.. I don't remember that at all.. I remember "anytime, anywhere" in so many words. I believe it was the Gators who dug in their heels and wouldn't play the game that weekend while many/all other affected teams did.

The downvotes will reign down, but it's true as frick. LSU talked a bunch of shite to Florida and they made us their bitch in every single sport.

When I watched the world series, I felt like nationally we were the villains. Florida was the feel good story. When Alleva tried to swing his nuts on them after the hurricane thing, it somehow blew up into a shitstorm and LSU took the beating because our AD is tone deaf to any public relations or national reaction. Smarter athletic directors can work magic with these things. Ours sadly cannot.

LSU has to earn the respect back and our idiot AD is making it harder and harder.

This would be the perfect game to mercy knee them with 5 minutes left. Something that Les got right

Everyone said Florida would get destroyed last year with a depleted team and look how that turned out. Fluke or no fluke LSU still got beat , go beat at home , and got beat by a injury riddled team. How anyone can be so confident that LSU will roll Florida this year is beyond me. They have a much much more accomplished coach standing across from ours and they are at home.

Bianchi is a complete hack of a reporter. I know of no-one who cares what spews from his mouth.
