i don't think that's exactly what he was trying to say...
i think he was basically trying to say that some nights, other parts of the team will carry the team and you just have to be okay with that... tonight, the punting unit flipping the field and burying UF deep, and the D playing lights out is what we needed to win this game, and we did that...
it's clearly not addressing the elephant in the room, but i think that's more or less what he was trying to say with that answer, or at least that's the way i understood it

They need to run outside more. We had one true outside run tonight and it iced the game. That and outside zone worked best over the first two weeks and we barely used them tonight.
