Arrambide’s oppo HR followed by Braun oppo single is very aesthetically pleasing baseball.

And then a transfer comes and fricks up all the momentum.

This team is an embarrassment to LSU baseball. My goodness.

And watch Yorke at first. He has no clue how to hold runners and apply tags.

We smoke 5 balls and get one run. Florida gets a single, a bunt single, and a seeing eye single for a run.

I bet Jay never prioritizes offense over defense again.

The past fifteen innings, three of the five runs we’ve scored have been solo homeruns.

Milam had a two run double in the ninth on Thursday.

I’ve lost count of the runners left on base.

He was the #2 Catcher nationally. They prioritize hitting vs fielding for the catching position coming out of HS.

When it comes to the catching position, defense is way more important than offense. Whatever he does offensively is a bonus. You better have a catcher that’s rock solid behind the plate. Arrambide Is the opposite of that.

How are they unlucky? You don't have bad luck for 56 straight games. You just suck.

Did you not see that last single? We’ve tattooed the ball right at fielders.

I love it when everyone here says “just throw strikes” as if that’s all there is to it. When you do that in the SEC, especially without overpowering velo on the fastball, the good teams will adjust and light you up. You have to be able to get chase swings and fool hitters with movement through and out of the zone.

I love Cowan, but his lack of an elite fastball has allowed most of the good teams to get a bead on him after a couple of ABs.

We’re not good but we’ve also had very little baseball luck go our way like you’d expect to happen throughout a season
