I don’t know if he’s ready or not. I do know the guy is built like a tree trunk and has been hitting above his weight since 8th grade. Solid work ethic and attitude. He will be a good one, whenever that may be.

Didn't Hines play center against Georgia in 2018 or was he playing guard?

Let me get this straight now.

A high school Defensive Lineman that's never played Center before is gonna come right into the SEC/LSU and start at the hardest OL position, (That makes all the OL calls) while being physically and mentally ready to go based on just one Fall camp.

Yeah, right.

Anybody that believes this will happen is not playing with a full deck; playing with a bunch of Purple and Gold Pom Poms more likely.

Here's a novel idea. How about recruiting a legitimate Center that played at a large high school that ran a passing Offense or get a transfer from a BIG BOY football University that throws the ball a lot.

BTW, I distinctly remember Fitzgerald West being quoted as saying during the early recruiting process that he didn't want to play Center and snap the football.

He doesn’t look built enough to start just yet. I’m sure after a year or two will be plenty of time
