First trip to the Swamp

Saturday will be my first trip to Gainesville. I've been trying to go for years but something always came up. I have been seing for years here that their fans are pretty shitty to visiting fans. But is there anything else of importance that I need to know? Anything there that important that I don't need to miss?

They are bad, but no worse than that i have experiences in T-Town, or Ole Miss. just dont be a jackass and you will avoid 99% of what is "told" on here. Ill be there. Probably bar tailgating since i know no one setting up a spot.

Oddly enough, I have had pretty good experiences with fans in T-Town. I will go again, but i hate Arkansas fans. They have some dillusion that they are always the best team in the SEC.

Their fans are just like ours as far as rowdiness and rudeness goes. They have no upside of the immediate hospitality we show after being rude though.

last 2 times i went we hungout in Gator City. The swamp is down the street which is bigger but it was shoulder to shoulder.

Park across from the UF Neurology building/hospital in the parking garage at the intersection of Gale Lemerand Dr and Archer. Take the Archer exit off of I-75 and follow it all the way down to Gale Lemerand Dr, (about 2 1/2 miles)the garage will be on your right, UF Neurolgy on the left. Usually lots of LSU fans in their RVs right next to the garage. The garage is unattened (free). Getting to the Stadium is a pretty decent walk from there (about a mile) but you just go straight down Gale Lemerand Dr (heading north) and it will lead you right up to the stadium.

Are ya'll looking to tailgate or just park? I don't know much about where LSU fans tend to tailgate and park but I do have two spots that are good for both. And you could tailgate at the parking spot one but it's not a very heavy traffic area.
