This is the second strike out in a row. Also looks like he didn’t do proper due diligence on Kelly.

How is Woodward not a part of that scene

He’s just a part of the wine and cheese Catlick high good ole boy crony scene instead of the beer drinking tiger bringing Acadiana scene

Come on man! He is responsible for some of the largest contracts and biggest buyouts in the history of college athletics! My 12 year old daughter could have signed these contracts! You’re delusional! Scott fricked up big time, several times, and has to go!

Baseball generates nothing. Women’s basketball loses money. Football and men’s basketball pay the bills. There…Scott cost LSU big dollars. Historical dollars. That can’t be overlooked because he agreed to pay a women’s basketball coach $3 million a year.

Also overlooked was he gave orgeron that idiotic contract. Even after winning the championship no one was beating down the door to hire that clown.

he missed on Jimbo
Jimbo got a raise an extension after Woodward left, so I wouldn’t call it a miss on Woodward’s part

Every prediction this guy makes is wrong and he is always 100 percent certain of it. He knows less than nothing, and listing to him makes you dumber.

Ok, fire him. I can't wait to look back in 5 years to see you all bitching and moaning about hiring the Napiers of the world. Not renovating our facilities, not getting them the assistants they need. I forgot TD is filled with a bunch of astute businessmen. You do realize LSU is top 10 in revenue, every year, without fail. No convincing you guys. Just have fun with the results.

Thats not true. Johnson was #1 on his list after he interviewed Johnson. He talked with O'Sullivan and he was not top on his list.

Scott Woodward deserves to be fired. Just like Kelly. Do you not understand he failed miserably at hiring the two coaches that mater revenue wise?

It still was a very high contract for a coach that failed miserably.

It’s so easy to picture the moronic, meddling Louisiana governor ruining LSU sports for years to come, isn’t it?

You cannot light 95 million of other peoples dollars on fire and still be the guy to ask for more.

Welcome to Louisiana. Every Gov has done it since 1925.

So the guy who likes to pay coaches way higher than their value got a couple good coaches to come to LSU? Color me shocked.
