I really don't like Alexander at RT and I thought be was very inconsistent last year. A few times I remember he was a second late coming off the ball after the snap and generally slow to react to stunts and blitzes.

I think Clapp at center is a big upgrade from Porter (no offense Elliot).

I definitely hear that, only we should wait and see if Clapp is an upgrade in actual game competition. But I agree with you on Vadal; it's a strange move when you consider the option to replace Hawkins at RT were plentiful...

Really interested in K.J. Malone, too.

I too have my concerns about center...if he can handle the big NTs in the 3-4 defenses, I'll definitely be impressed...and God knows I'm pulling for him.And I'm still expecting to see Brumfield at some point in the mix...Go Tigers!

Phil, where would you like to see Brumfield?

One more reason our offense will be unstoppable this fall. Talent, one of the highest paid staffs, we will be hard to beat.

Think about it; the most notable linemen of the era are probably Ciron Black, Herman Johnson, T-Bob Hebert and Trai Turner

He was a good player for LSU, but wouldn't go as far as saying he was one of the most notable linemen of the era by any means.

Excellent stuff, as always.

I expect we may see the line shuffle around the first few games as LSU tries to figure out the best tackle-guard combination.

Anthony Jennings is not well thought of around here considering his play last year.

lol that was your takeaway of that entire article?

Notable as in most knew his name as the announcers only said it a million times as his father is notable in these parts...

I definitely agree there, TA93. And I love that LSU is being completely overlooked. When I do radio spots and mention the amount of talent and possibilities in Baton Rouge, hosts seems confused...They'll see soon enough.

I hope you're right, JRod. Would love to see Pocic get two years of experience at the tackle position. He could be a high pick if provided that platform.

And why is LSU overlooked? The QB situation.

Wouldn't be a thread that is even slightly positive without a sabanslobberer showing up to try and take a dump on the poster. Well, here is what any good LSU fan thinks of you slobberer.

Hopefully vadal can drop some weight,he has struggled with that, hence the move inside. But Turner turned heads because he showed up at the combine 30lbs lighter than what he was at LSU.
