What helped Joe Burrow break a long run and broke Ga’s spirit was a perfectly timed stiff arm by Joe of a Ga defender just as Joe broke loose. I’ve watched the run more than a dozen times, and I’m telling you, that’s the play of the year so far.

Unless Joe performs another long run and stiff arm swatting an Alabama defender on the way to victory. LSU’s got an amazing QB to lead them.

Still a lot of football left. Any long run or pass TD against bama will certainly be the one if we win.

I like when we stuffed the fake fieldgoal

The only think better than a trick play is a trick play failing miserably.

Delpit falls down and then remembers he’s tackling a kicker and just reaches up and grabs the guy

That’s the play of the year? The same game as Delpit stopping the fake FG and Kristian Fulton defying the laws of physics?

I witnessed something in the Georgia game that I don’t recall seeing in any game of that magnitude in my 40+ years. Instead of sitting on the 10 point lead and trying to milk the clock, they went into the hurry up and finished. I bet a lot of people were nervous and bitching about it, but I hope they continue this for the rest of the season.

And last years play was when Gage teabagged Fitzpatrick...

That was a great run and stiff arm, but that dime he threw to Dillon at Auburn around 3 Auburn defenders and just over one defender's hands is my fave so far because it was so huge. Also, it showed me what Burrow is capable of under pressure in crunch time.

Joe Burrow's long run vs Ga and throw vs Aub, are definitely among LSU's top 5.

My favorite of the year so far

1. Coles game winner vs Auburn
2. Joe’s run vs Georgia to ice it
3. Phillips pick 6 vs Miami

One of bama's weaknesses is a hurry-up offense. When they have time to sub fresh bodies in, they stay rested. If we have any shot of beating them this year, it will be with a hurry-up style offense.

Yup! This team is growing every week. Remember Burrow has only started 7 games in his college career. Receivers are young, line is young. I feel we are getting better and better as they grasp a new offense as well.

Yeah, that's the play of the year so far IMO.

Cool hand Joe’s strong stiff arm knocked the Ga defender to the ground. It was Fournette like, swatting flies.

How deflating was Joe’s run, LSU’s RB waltzed in nearly untouched for a TD.

While I like that play, game was won. So not as important as some of the others listed.

I like Joe, but we were still meh passing the ball. 50%, struggling to completed passes beyond 10 yards. But he's been able to step up and make plays in big situations.

Stats only tell half the story. Yes, 50%, but how many incomplete have been deep balls, taking a shot & keeping the D out of the box. At least 3 against GA that I remember.
