Our lineup is going to be silly. I just hope they spread the lefties out. The bench should be real deep, too.

What happened to Hess? It looks like he get rocked pretty hard?

Thanks, as always, Scuba. I always greatly appreciate you keeping us updated on the scrimmages.

Scuba/Project who do you think plays 1st & 3rd base this year?

It looks like Bianco has the inside track on 3rd base. But I still expect Dugas to compete for that spot.

1st base will probably be a hot hand thing. It's too early to tell right now. You'd have to think Jordan will take most of the DH ABs. So between Willis, Beloso, and Garza I don't really know.

When/if Willis' shoulder heals up, he could catch or play infield or outfield corner spots.

The schedule is announced a week at a time and is emailed by Micah Gibbs usually on a Saturday or Sunday for the next 7 days.

There are two practice games with UNO whose dates are set, one in BR at the Box on 10/14 and one at UNO’s field on 10/27.

Today’s practice & scrimmage will be the last until next Monday. The team is off for Fall break until then.

The average MAX fastball velo of the 11 pitchers that have thrown so far (not counting the LHP Walk On) is 90.73.

We need to get O'Connell to work with Hess again. He gets more out of that than Dunn telling him to throw strikes.

We have to have Jordan and his .250 average and zero tools in the lineup everyday.
