They will do a deep dive into every aspect of this situation including turning every single text message between the family and Greg’s messages. Any computer/email communication. The fact that the Brooks family announced his condition to the world the day after surgery. Any and all aspects of communication never disappears.
This case was over before it started. I would threaten slander against Brooks Sr.

damn, you called your parents every day in college?
I would safely say that since I got a cell phone at 15 in 2001, I have talked to my mother most every day either in person or by phone. I'd estimate that the total number of days I haven't talked to her in the last 24 years would total 2 months tops.
You wouldn't have called your parents after multiple bouts of dizziness, vomiting, and passing out?

Horrible things happen in hospitals daily
The majority of people actually in fact do not sue

frick that - count me in the 0.5%.
Going after the max available from Insurance and any other university support or funds is one thing, Suing and going on TV to smear LSU and the football staff/program is something else.

If there are no warning symptoms or focal neurologic findings on exam and his cognitive function is normal, it would be hard to think brain tumor in a 17 year old.
"Symptoms of a brain tumor in teenagers may vary depending on the size, location, and type of tumor. Common symptoms include:
Headaches: Persistent, severe headaches that may worsen with activity or lying down.
Seizures: Sudden, involuntary movements or loss of consciousness.
Nausea and vomiting: Frequent or severe nausea and vomiting, especially in the morning.
Blurred vision or double vision: Changes in eyesight or difficulty focusing.
Weakness or numbness: Weakness or numbness on one side of the body, face, or limbs.
Confusion or difficulty concentrating: Changes in cognitive function or memory loss.
Balance problems: Difficulty walking, standing, or coordinating movements.
Personality or behavioral changes: Irritability, mood swings, or loss of interest in activities.
Sleep disturbances: Excessive sleepiness or insomnia.
Delayed puberty: In some cases, brain tumors can delay the onset of puberty.
Other possible symptoms:
Hearing loss, Ringing in the ears, Facial drooping, Difficulty swallowing, and Changes in appetite or weight.
It's important to note that not all teenagers with brain tumors will experience all of these symptoms. If your teenager experiences any of these symptoms, especially if they are persistent or severe, seek medical attention immediately. Early diagnosis and treatment are crucial for the best possible outcome."
If the presentation in atypical or persistent or has some of the findings mentioned above, then MRI of brain and other workup indicated.
I hope he saw an internist or neurologist early on. Vomiting with new onset headaches is always a concern.

Coach Kelly should not be mentioned in any law suit in this situation. Kelly is not legally obligated for the medical care of GB or legally obligated to visit GB at all.

Meaningless question. It’s my opinion I’m giving on a message board. I even put a question mark at the end of my statement. What do you think?

Wasn’t saying it’s right and I don’t have a clue about details of his illness, i know it’s I was actually it’s not uncommon for plaintiff attorneys get to a family and throw$$$ at them and seen families torn apart because it.
Also know that defendant attorneys and insurance co “advise” clients to do dark zero if they even catch a whiff of litigation

I have no idea. I have minimal details and factual evidence to prove anything one way or the other.
