OP, 100% agree. LSU football has slowly killed my desire to watch collegiate football and the politicized nature of it is partly to blame.

F'king Alexander has done a good job as president. All the main budget cuts and mass firings were NASA guy. It was also under O'keef that the practice where 5 teachers would be let go and 1 administrator would be hired. Now there are a glut of admins in each college that basically do nothing. Does the college of science really need 6-8 associate deans?
People are just still pissed that he threatened football. Which was a shitty move. But at least it worked to protect LSU.

How many pages has it been and we haven't seen any accomplishments from FKA?
Other than screwing the Greek system out of their food, trying to control and limit tailgating on campus, declaring publicly that the school was in danger of academic exigency and preparing bankruptcy paperwork, thereby lowering our bond rating and destroying our credit worthiness when conducting their financial business on an institutional level, and also destroyed enrollment while disguising it in the guise of, "wanting to go after a higher caliber of student," thereby trying to thwart the stated mission of the State's University itself.
If any of those are considered, "positive accomplishments," I'd love to hear the spin.

Simply not true. I believe this was one of the largest freshman classes ever this year, and LSU had the largest graduating class in its history last year. Especially in STEM programs.
