Emailing and calling LSU leadership is the PERFECT thing to do.

Booing the team full of kids that bust their arse to win ball games is the WORST thing to do.

Nail on the head! FKA was at the Capitol regularly testifying in various committees about how underfunded LSU was/is. He knew that his credibility with legislators, especially those who are anti-LSU, would be shot.

GrandDad, you wouldn't know ignorance if you were drowning in it. Your post is proof of it. Name one thing that F. King Alexander has done to help LSU. One thing. Anything. He is the worst leader of a school in the country. Two stoner PhD's at the University of Phoenix could run a school in their basement that would function better than LSU under this incompetent idiot.

Upvoted and sent one of my own. Every person who truly cares about LSU should send an email like this.

Were you asleep in November Pops? Because it started back then. We aren't spoiled fans, we've endured Les Miles as our coach for years. Are you telling me we played a good game yesterday? Or last November??? Just because Les Miles may have shook your hand one day, doesn't mean he doesn't deserve to be fired for the horrible product he puts on the field. F. King Alexander prevented that firing, and needs to ship out too. You've been an LSU fan since before I was born, but use Villanova logo by your name, makes sense.

But has this consolidation and streamlining actually been implemented?

Wow..... I hate this fan base. A bunch of spoiled jerks who think LSU should win every game ..

If it were someone else, I would have downvoted, but the sarcasm should be more apparent for some. Apparently.

Consolidation was done under Lombardi. Year before King got here. It was not King that led that effort

Consolidating it right into the ground. But at least they aren't attracting out of state academic talent. Brilliant.

It's almost like LSU wants to ensure that nobody ever moves into the state by jacking up out of state tuition to astronomical levels. Even the gumps aren't this stupid and shortsighted. But yeah, good job, F King.

Specify. Not just what you read in the alumni newsletter.

You're saying he closed schools and updated curriculum?

No it wasn't.

And Lombardi was gone two years before King arrived.

You ask for an example. I give you one and now you want an essay. If you don't know what occurred, I'd challenge you to start reading news from LSU daily. It's easy to find either directly from the university or any major media outlet in the state.

The thing you Fking lovers dont understand....LSU Football is the most important entity in the State of Louisiana...God invented football for LSU, always was and always will be. More important than Academics, which it floats, more important than Title 9, which it floats...more important than church, more important than weddings, more important than City Hall, and definitely more important than that idiot Governor...McKeithen, Edwards, Treen, Foster all knew this. Alexander fricks with LSU football at his own peril. The BOS are poiticians, and politicians in LA understand what self preservation is.... If Fking thinks he's gonna turn LSU into Vanderloserbilt, he can take his book worm arse and head north.

The board voted for consilidation in October of 2012. King started in the summer of 2013 . Lombardi was fired in April of 2012.

Hmm...so if we're keeping score - and we are- still not one accomplishment for F. King Alexander. What reason is there not to fire him?
