If you have to ask this question, you haven’t been watching the games closely.

He'll get his shot next year, as CEH is headed to the NFL. However, against Ole Miss, Arkansas, and A&M I would expect to see him play quite a bit.

His time will come, but certainly this is not it. He is or has learned, it’s a different game in the SEC. in this offense, the RB does a lot more then simply run. Can he catch ? More importantly, can he block. The later is usually what slows down a young, talented RB. Have to able to recognize the rush package, get there & make a block.
His time will come ..... of he has the patience.

Hopefully patiently waiting his turn I don’t want to hear any portal chatter from his camp. Great things come to those who wait. He may even be eligible for redshirt......

I don’t either but....

If he is so selfish and disgruntled that he enters the portal rather than enjoy this incredible ride then he really is not a team first guy and I’d say good riddance.

For the season, TDP is averaging 5.2 yards per carry. John Emery is averaging 4.0. LINK

So, beyond the missed assignments stuff, which I think is true, TDP is a better runner right now.

This isn't hard, folks. It's really not hard. Watch the friggin games.

Have you been watching LSU football at all this year? Did you notice Clyde Edwards Helaire? Why are you asking this?

Only LSU fans can witness an all time great performance by an RB and think... "I really think we should have given that guy the ball less"

CEH is why you stay patient and wait. He went from not being a college running back to being an NFL back. And in this offense you won't get worn down early in your career and you are in a pro offense already.

DV 211 for not watching the team play....just looking for a guy....when Clyde the glide is pushing their collective faces in....you are wondering why your guy ain’t in....when and if he is a good enough TEAM player he will be the guy they don’t sub out....

What makes Bama RBs so good in recent past is that the 5 star guys still had 5 star guys in front of them. So they had to bust their asses for PT and once it was their turn, they had great junior/senior years.

Emery and Davisprice will have that opportunity when Clyde leaves. And hopefully Evans will be training behind them.
