LSU is one of the premier jobs in college football. We are the only school in the SEC to have won a natty with our two last head coaches (both of who may be borderline r-worded).

Where is the talent . Offense maybe defense . What happened last night is simple. Mason made d adjustments . Took away what we did 1st half

It’s not so much Auburns defense took anything away. Somebody was hell bent on trying to run the ball …. We got away from what we were doing good. When we went back to throwing… qb had lost all his rhythm… timing… just a screwed up approach

What is freaking out going to do? Nothing. Might as well just let the ship run its course into the rocks.

I know that everyone is fired up after that shite performance last night and worried about the future of the football program. Cool your tits. Everyone needs to keep a few things in perspective.

1. We’ve been down this road before. If any fan base knows how to weather this storm, it’s LSU. From Nick Saban leaving to Jimbo being hired to not hired after Miles miraculously keeps his job to then being fired after the Auburn game (heh), we have been there done that and got the t-shirt.

2. LSU is one of the premier jobs in college football. We are the only school in the SEC to have won a natty with our two last head coaches (both of who may be borderline r-worded).

3. Alleva is gone. This scenario currently unfolding is exactly why Scott Woodward was hired. With Scott Woodward, you aren’t limited to hiring some up and comer at a mid major that is the new hotness. Woodward has shown that he has the cajones to go out and get his guy. He got Peterson to leave Boise and go to UW which resulted in their only CFB playoff appearance. Since he’s been at LSU, he’s made a seemingly impossible hire for women’s basketball with Kim Mulkey and a surprise but potentially great hire with Jay Johnson for baseball. I trust the guy. Plus, he is an alum and loves LSU.

Anyways, this is just my take but I for one am not worried. Weather the storm and trust it’s gonna be alright. Geaux Tigers!

Not gonna be satisfied until we fire the entire coaching staff and start anew, we're too talented to keep pulling this shite

We fired an absolute LSU legend because he had one bad year after coming off a fantastic 1982 season. It was the right move.

Stovall was barely above .500, lost to Tulane (7-48 in '81 and 28-31 in '82), and went O-fer in the SEC in '83. I was a student at LSU during his tenure, too. Firing him was definitely the right move.

Are you talking about LSU?

No one at LSU was hell bent on running the ball. We only rushed the ball 15 times all game besides Max’ scrambling, sacks and the bad snap. Max was 6 for 6 on the first drive, and only completed 50% the rest of the way. Max lost his rhythm all by himself.

That is true. But LSU was not a national contender before him under Cholly Mac. Winning 7 games then was our ceiling then.

That being said... we fired Les because he wasn't winning NC or 10 wins a year. In his 4th season now (absent for Joe Burrow) Zero is a far worse coach than Les Miles.

Time to move along and not F it up! No more... "He is one of us, talks like us or Louisiana man". Zero is an opportunist and alow morals con man.

He is the same guy that recruited kids to got to Tennessee and called them the day before classes and recruited them to follow him with Kiffin to USC. Total trash!

We do not make adjustments. We don’t have the coaching ability to do this. That is obvious. Inside 5 and first down and not one attempt at a run play??

Step back a little on Woodward because he does not walk on water. He sure can overpay and spend your money though.
Mulkey was on the way out after the on campus arena and name issue confrontation with Livingston. Mulkey got a big pay raise, come closer to an aged mother and moved on after feeling shunned by Baylor.
Woodward hired Jimbo at a massive contract for AtM - enough said.
Johnson was not the top 1st choice replacement.

Yes, except Woodward is the fricking idiot who gave 0 over $8 million a year. Someone please tell me the logic there!

Please post exactly how this contract is worth 8.
Please post the REASONS why he had to get a new contract.

Please post me an example of 1 contract you’ve personally negotiated for a nation champion ship winning coach.

Please post me all of the stipulations of the contract that was extended from the one Alleva negotiated.

You won’t because it doesn’t fit your liberal arse spin doctoring to blame Woodward abs take away the blame.

frick YOU.
