And against Miami I believe. We were expected to go 6-6 on the season by ESPN before the season.

Do y’all honestly expect anyone to pick LSU to win? It’s a pretty safe pick for the most part.

Exactly. Or is this the part when I’m supposed to be outraged a bunch of analysts picked a 14.5 point favorite to win the game outright just because I’m a fan of the other team?

Some of those scores they predicted are ridiculous.
Last 7 meetings in Baton Rouge, Bama has never scored more than 21 points in regulation, and have won by double digits once, the 10-0 game.
Everyone predicted they will score over 21, and only 3 of them predicted a single digit victory margin.
7 of these idiots have them scoring over 35 points, something Bama has done only once in Baton Rouge dating back to the Great Depression.

Greatest team ever i guess.

Meh. So what.

If you made me bet my own money on it, I'd pick Bama.

That doesn't mean LSU can't win. But, it's certainly the correct call if you're prognosticating.

Be reasonable man. A team that averages 54 points a game and nearly 40 per first half “is going to score more than 21 points” and this upsets you? Florida scores more than 21 on us

The over/under is 54 and the spread is 14. Which makes the vegas predicted Bama team total 34 and LSU 20. The analysts predictions aren’t outrageous.

Not only did they all pick Alabama, but most of them picked Alabama to win by 15+ points.

2016 39ppg - scored 10 points, and had to get 3 holding calls on one play to score the TD.

2014 37ppg - scored 13 points in regulation

2012 39ppg - scored 21 points

2010 35ppg - scored 21 points

2008 30ppg - scored 21 points in regulation

hey do you know how many ppg Ole Piss is averaging?
38ppg
and they scored 16 against us.
You know who else is scoring 38ppg, and only scored 16 against us, Georgia.

Tell me again why one would think Bama is going to score 35+ on us, something they've done once since the Great Depression?

Which one of those teams averaged 54 points a game? Which one of those offenses had a heisman qb who has yet to throw a pass in the 4th quarter?

In over half the games you listed, they scored more than half their average. If they do that this year, they will score 27. Which is far more than 21

How can I tell you “again” when I never said this the first time? I said it’s not outrageous for analysts to predict they score more than 21 points. Because it isnt.
