missing several of its key players, LSU entered this game picked by many to lose. With so many breaks and bad calls going against them, they could have given up. The emotional swings of thinking you had won (at least 3 times) would have left most teams floundering. The mere exhaustion of seven overtimes is enough to cause many teams to just give in to get the inevitable over with.

Not our tigers. They never gave up. Certainly they could have won. They probably should have won, even with all the bad external factors, over which they had no control, working against them. But they never gave up. And I will not give up on them. Go tigers.

"not giving up" is something you should expect, not something you should view as "extra"

90% of the people on this board want to downvote this deep down. Any type of positivity just kills them.

Good post. I was thinking the same thing last night. I was devastated we lost and mad as hell at several of the calls and no calls, but the Tigers gave everything they had. I’m very proud of this team.

Yep. It's too bad the staff let them down. These players deserve better.

Totally agree.

I said this in a previous thread. I love every one of those players. They don’t know pretty much all of us but we get to know these kids from the time they’re in high school, learn about their families, their personal interests that they share publicly. I would go to war for any of them. Incredibly proud of them. In no way do I blame the players. Even Giles. I know he’s giving his all. I blame the coaches for not utilizing them to the best of their abilities.
