With the twos, i.e., the second team offense up against the second team defense.

Delpit is just a bad bad dude. Kids going to be special.
Coach O said that Delpit and Vincent are considered to be starters, as they will both see a lot of playing time this season.

Coach O is not concerned about Etling. However, he is concerned about the receivers, which is why he has hired a new receiver's consultant and in which he says is already starting to pay off dividends. So hopefully those young receivers can continue to develop.
Coach O said that Steven Sullivan has made a lot of strides this past week of camp on his consistency in running routes and his ability to catch the ball. He said Drake Davis is an outstanding athlete who will be very good one day once he learns how to play the position. The thing that's holding Davis back, according to Coach O right now, is he has only been playing football for only a couple of years. He also said Chark, Gage, and Dillon have separated themselves from the rest of the pack, that the new freshman Jefferson looks real good and should also be able to contribute during the season as well and that Netherly just finished up his best week of fall camp. Finally, he said that McMath was hurt this past week and that Dee Anderson has been hurt and has missed most of the camp.

No but Brennan is tougher to sack and if etling can't easily beat out Brennan then I say go with the freshman. New offense so etling doesn't have too much of a leg up as far as that goes. Canada does a lot of quick high % throws with a versatile running attack. I have faith etling can get it done enough to win 9-10 but maybe with the D and guice we can do that with Myles. ??

Don't freak out over fall camp practices.
But we have nothing else to talk about

No. Practice stats are just that. PRACTICE.
Some of you couldn't have ever played a down of football. There is no way you would jump to ridiculous conclusions like the ones posted here if you had.

Please explain what conclusions we have jumped too?

Someone said in another thread on here that one of his picks came in the hurry up against the 1's with 9 seconds left.
Is this supposed to make us feel better about it?

Les Miles is not coaching the team anymore. Everybody stop freaking out. If Brennan is the best quarterback or if Etling struggles Coach O will make a quarterback change. We don't have to worry about this crap anymore. The QB who puts LSU in the best position to win will play.

Rumor throughout camp is Brennan has a very quick release added with above average accuracy. That balances out bad OL play.

Hmm sounds like the Brandon Harris mistake we saw against wisconsin last year

If it's close, it may as well be Brennan since he's our future.
Because throwing a true freshman who isn't ready into the meat grinder of the SEC has worked so well for us the last 3 or 4 times we tried it.

This, the scrimmage was situational. Stats, especially completion %, aren't going to look good if they were working mostly on two minute drill.
Let's hope you're right, because 13-29 (last two scrimmages for Etling) isn't going to cut it in all likelihood.

You're talking about a regime though that poorly handled QBs.

rolling with qb's who have already proven to be subpar hasn't worked out so well for us either.
