My money is on a Clemson fan doing this. After all the kids who shyt on us in favor of the gumps and not one thing similar to this happened, now when Etienne is in his final season our fans have decided to go off the deep end?

Real fans who followed his recruitment remember how angry we were with Les for not recruiting Travis. Some foolishness like he didn't fit the mold that Les liked in a running back. We did not blame Travis, it was Les stinking Miles who screwed the pooch. Why would we blame the kid. This is stupid and made up.

The problem is that his family would have likely been better off not to break this kind of news until after the game. Unfortunately, this kind of negative news will only piss some people off.

Why? Because it gets you and your son national media attention and all sorts of other stuff. I’d like to see proof of what was said and who said it. If it truly is a threat (or threats) by an LSU fan (or multiple LSU fans) then we can all put them on the shame train. But we’ve had too many false reports to accept this without proof

Look I am going to hop in on your board with this take. The other board is getting a little too toxic for me with people calling people racist when they don’t even know them.
Could it have happened? Sure. Had he left South Carolina to go to LSU is it possible for a Clemson person who calls himself a fan to have done it? Sure.
My point is there are nut cases everywhere but I don’t think anyone should lump a whole school or fanbase together just because of one bad apple.
Personally if she felt threatened I would say go to the police and not social media but I guess that’s just me. Anyway enjoy your New Years. Let’s hope for a well played injury free game in two weeks.
