I dont think les is why they are saying that

Then why? Because people covered up Les Miles flirting ? Is this losing institutional control? If so then I guess 85% of the universities have lost institutional control

My give a shite about LSU these days is at its lowest point in almost four decades as a fan and graduate.

LSU isn’t getting the death penalty.

No one has gotten the death penalty since the ‘80s. SMU got it in 1985 and it destroyed their football program for a long time. The destruction pretty much showed everyone that the death penalty is a nuclear option that should not be used again.

If Miami, Baylor and Penn State didn’t get the death penalty, LSU isn’t. Stupid hot take radio by part time radio hosts desperate for whatever minuscule audience they can claim on a weekend.

Lmao death penalty? For what? A former coach that hasn’t been at the school since 2016 had some questionable interactions with female students?

Yeah let’s punish the current program with a different head coach, different AD, and different school President. What passes for journalism today is sad.

I don't think this issue has anything directly to do with the sport itself. This is more of an internal issue than a sport issue. Anyone who is suggesting that LSU might get the death penalty is uninformed on the subject. Les Miles banging a co-ed has nothing to do with football compliance; nor does a player abusing his girlfriend. I'm not trying to diminish the offense, I'm just stating that it's not as much of a sport issue as it is an internal issue and Title IX compliance issue. Miles didn't violent any recruiting guideline.

This is horse shite if I ever heard it. It’s an institutional failure stemming from the former PRESIDENT of the University. Best case scenario is F.(u)King Alexander is out of education for life. Worst case is he gets time in prison. Well, worst case for him.

Any time any scandal happens that term is brought up. It’s lazy and hyperbolic and makes them look stupid.

We can make all the excuses we want in regards to the media, ESPN, liberal feminizes and so on, but the fact of the matter is, this isn't going to to end well for LSU.

I think it's more about the title 9 with the olol, obj, recruiting football violation, the basketball stuff and then miles too.

Even though all that shits different ,people from the outside just hear shite and pile it on top . I mean we already self penalized ourselves on the minor recruiting thing ,obj ,and olol.

The wade is no proof in my eyes.

Miles shite wasnt even illegal.

The title 9 is starting to look not as bad . I just hate how ncaa got involved in similar stuff before with other schools

My only explanation of how Verge and Segar weren’t fired is bc they “know” worse stuff than what is in the report (where the bodies are buried) and we want to keep them close

This is why national ESPN radio is garbage. The people that are on air just read headlines and are out of touch with the audience.

You just confirmed that the charge of "loss of institutional control" goes all the way to the top.

Thanks for nothing.

They definitely know more that could probably put LSU on the death penalty. Only reason to retain them after this report came out.

NCAA will do their own internal investigation that will take years to complete.

Now we know why Miles was pimping on Erin Andrews when that peep video came out.

Penn State didn't even get the death penalty for allowing a coach who was witnessed molesting a young child on their campus hang around while the heads of the football program and university tried to cover it up.

Dude, get with it, will you? That was homosexual molestation, which is only half bad, with the molestation (bad) being canceled by the homosexual (good). We had a Bad-Bad situation with harassment (bad) and heterosexual sex (really bad).

Penn State had boys getting butt raped by a coach on campus, with knowledge by the head coach and administration of the university and they didn’t get the death penalty. ESPNU is full of crap and should be called out on it.

Yes, but that was a different time. We now live in the Me Too Era, Cancel Culture, And Woke Ville. LSU is screwed, blued, and tattooed. Right or wrong, that is where we are.
