I only watched to see if they would do it for the other Heisman candidates as well. No mention of it. That network is beyond pathetic.

That was the same piece they showed on TR3 earlier this season...not specifically put together for the Heisman.

I'm sure they will be showing similar footage of all finalists...

For those that missed it, the preview clip the ran had the sub-title "Heisman Statement".

The clip itself featured narration from Tom Rinaldi, interviews with Saban, Hightower and Richardson himself as well as highlights from Richardson's season. Rinaldi talked about Richardson's YAC and if he's seen fear in defenders eyes.

If Nick Saban sits down to quickly without warning it will break the noses of the entire ESPN crew and Paul Finebaum.

Honestly I don't really give a shite but after witnessing ESPN hyping Bama to get in the BCSNCG, I'm not shocked to see ESPN put together a Heisman hype video for Bama's runningback

They very well may be. But... when SC has run multiple day segments they'll inform you of it with something like "On tomorrows SC, we'll profile the Heisman worthy season of Baylor QB Robert Griffin."

But no mention of doing something for the other candidates.

They're doing all of them multiple times. I've seen TR, HB7, RG3 so far you just have to catch it at the right time.

Exactly. Someone has already won the Heisman. Some of you are far too sensitive relating to all things ESPN and Bama... You're letting your own biases affect how you perceive other's "bias".

Okay, "sure" was the wrong word. I should have said they may very well show similar footage of the other finalists.

Regardless, all the ballots were due last night...this segment is too late to sway any votes.
