Not really. I don't have some strange obsession with having to compare everything we do with what other schools are doing and criticize those programs.

Your point was pretty clear. It was also very stupid.

You said everyone trying to "rationalize" this would be going ape shite if Fournette did this in a different uniform.

1. I don't see anyone "rationalizing" it. Most people are saying it is a non issue and don't give a shite.

2. I, for one, would not be bitching if Fournette did that in another uniform. I can't speak for all of you morons, but I can speak for myself. Whether or not Fournette struck the Heisman pose in purple and gold or crimson is 100% irrelevant. It was a dumb freshman thing to do and should be left at that. Nothing more, nothing less. Should be a complete non issue.

I cringed when he did it, because I knew what the backlash would be. He was just having fun. He shouldn't have done it but its not a big deal in the scheme of things.

I'm not angry.

I'm just stating the fact that
A) it was stupid
B) some fans don't care what LF does simply bc he's LF.,,,,, granted they are prob still around 15-20 yrs old but nonetheless

I think you hit the nail on the head. these people hate fun and are very uptight. they bitch and whine about anything different or eccentric.

i think every player on offense should strike a heisman pose from now on just for the sheer ridiculousness of it.

Can't we get an All-World RB that's original? Self-glorification is so yesterday.

I agree, it was pretty stupid, but he is 18, he is obviously aware of the hype surrounding him, and his emotions took over. He was excited. No harm done.

LF was not caught up in the moment, that was planned and just another step in the process for Leonard Fournette, Inc.

You would never see anybody on a Nick Saban coached team doing something like this yet it happens all the time on a Les Miles coached team. Just saying!!

What effect did it have on the outcome of the football game?

He made an error in judgment and probably faced the Hatter yesterday. And for ESPN to say wait until he gained a 100 yards is stupid. If they would have watched the game, they would have known that he had 92 yards early in the 4th QTR. If Les didn't want to keep the freshman's humility in tact, he would have allowed him to get the 100 yards. Plus, he could have scored on the drives when DW and KH scored.

ESPN and all sports talk shows are for women. They exist just to create soap opera drama for pussies.
