Didn't someone say the Marine threatened he had a gun in his truck?

Well JJ can say he wasn't sure about the dude holding or weapon or not (aka not defenseless) and that he was just protecting himself at all costs. This with the fact the Marine started it, has conflicting stories, and has the whole harassing his girlfriend situation...I'd think would do him in. Who knows though. We've seen crazier shite.

Ever think that he made sure to tell his client to keep his credibilty in tack if there is any chance for a pay day. Hell even start the interview off by telling the cops that at the scene he was confused and hurt and now that he has had time to reflect and seek medicial attention he has a better understanding of what took place that night?

If he admits to being confused at the scene I don't think that will help his credibility.

The big question here is when does JJ get his shoes back?

ESPN - Shady's Bar employees: "Victims threw first punch"

Bar employees: Victim threw first punch

Neldare said he ran to the co-worker and corralled him away from the brawl, back toward the bar entrance, where he then noticed Jefferson, standing by himself and looking upset while the fight was still taking place.

Neldare should have no problem telling officers what kind/color of clothing JJ was wearing that night then.

The local BR News Stations are lucky that the BRPD is around. Otherwise, they'd be looking worse than everyone else in this entire situation.

You know who is the ultimate winner of "Head Stomp 2011?"

Shady's

the incompetence of BRPD is well known. doubtful criminal charges have legs, as beyond reasonable doubt standard puts the DA's case in the shitter. Hillar Moore is a very smart DA and has the courage to resist a bogus charge...

His biased lady friend did. He may have said it, but I won't readily believe that, because I refuse anything else he said.

that's a little excessive considering there were tons of people around, at night, etc.

you can recognize someone and not remember what they were wearing.

Well, first step would be for them to ask Neldare.

Did Andrew have an attorney before he even talked to the cops at 2:30AM? Interesting

Yes ..As far as they knew a Hero Marine Vet was nearly killed while trying to save 3 Choirboys from Thugs LSU Hitmen.
The Marines responding arent at fault, shitty journalism is. That dude should be fired or at least kicked in the head.

I don't know about that. And I gave this some thought, because it is a good point.

However, my wife came in a gave me a goodnight kiss. I know that is what happened, but to be honest I could not tell you what she was wearing.

They may want to do a needle biopsy on Jefferson, then have Michael Bay direct a recreation of Lowery's account of the altercation first
