God .. I miss Bob Broadhead.. He would have the "victims" flying on the Shaw plane to Dallas next week with Joe Dean serving them drinks and appetizers.... The Press would have never heard about this mess..

The article does state that the Shadys employees version of what happened can be verified on video so they have to have JJ on the video as well.
They could compare what he was wearing to the guy in all black who did the kicking. The question is was that the guy with broken vertebrae or not? Regardless it is hard to tell much from that video.

I think cheap security cams (most residential rigs, like at my house) are black & white. If I were a business owner, I would definitely have color cams.
