Only thing I know for sure - if I decide to get rid of the old lady we're moving to BR first - at my age I'll be out on bail enjoying Tiger Saturdays for awhile & long since departed before the investigation is completed.

The DA has enough for charges right now, but is looking to make sure they have all of the evidence necessary for conviction. DA's are evaluated based on prosecution rate and they are trying to fit the charge to the evidence. Could be the difference between first and second degree battery.

Okay I can tell you with absolute certainty if you are in a fight I only Know one way that is to fight to win and stop the other person from doing me harm just cause you got a guy on the ground thats when you kick his face in that tends to stop all fights you can like it or not....In my 22 years in the military I never saw a Grunt whine like this little Bitch is doing, he is a psyco stalker, and he got his arse handed to him my guess for running off at the mouth with all kinds of racial slurs and for sucker punching a guy in a large group this loser deserves more than that.....the other so called Victims(most likely his boys) got what they deserved for screeching the car to halt and jumping out talking gun....Done deal Free the Tiger Four Dude....

The dude was, most probably, involved in a fight with a handful of LSU football players, and he got the bad end of the deal. If he hadn't of had his friend online pushing out the 'hero' bullshite early on and fricking telling lies about what went down that night (and his being a stalking dick to a female), I *might* have had a little sympathy for him, even if he started the whole thing. Right now, IMO, the allegation that he was kicked while defenseless in no mitigates the totality of his dick-headed douchebaggery.
