It is a game changer from a PR standpoint. The players involved in the brawl, as unfair as it may seem if they did not start it, should still be reprimanded. Hopefully BRPD can determine who did the kicking/broken vertebrae, but I find it unlikely.
How conclusive can evidence in a bar fight between 1:00 and 2:00 am be? I'm to the point where only a couple of pieces of this story are persuasive enough to hold water, such as the statements of the employees.

PR is PR - but the LAW is the LAW. All the DA needs is that video + motive. Witnesses provide motive, even the ones who think they are helping JJ.

and incapacitated is a real stretch, he was on the ground, incapacitated not so much....

Didnt the "victims" lawyer state early on that none of the 4 were inside Shady's and that they just drove there to pick up a friend? Now we know there is video evidence that contradicts that story.

I'm starting to think some other witnesses were discounted because they didnt tell the story some wanted to hear.
All along this looked like a witch hunt and the most unfavorable stories were given to the press as actual events without even waiting for the other side of the story.
It was a bunch of horse shite and now everyone running with those stories are looking like jackasses.

I can defintely see this as the way it would go down...way before I can see they just decided to rip some innocent dude from a truck and beat him cause ahh frick it they had the next day off from Practice....and for you jackwaggons saying he still violated curfew apparently it has been the tradition on the last practice of camp to do that at LSU from what I hear....so it is rather expected.

No, I haven't. Which is why I said I would like to. But by Sunday, I knew Lowery's account was a lie and I knew that there would be an unbiased witness placing Jefferson away from the fight. That's why I told people on here not to jump to conclusions when the initial reports were being released.

You can't read. That's is the only conclusion I can come to.
I specifically said that this doesn't automatically clear Jefferson, but has dealt a tremendous blow to the victims' case.
