Can someone please give me a plausible reason that these 4 people would clearly single out JJ as the one who hit them for no reason? It's not like JJ has lots of money and it's not like he is going to, so please explain that to me? It's possible, but I just don't see any reasoning behind that to benefit these 4 "victims".
Only plausible thing I can think of is
Maybe:
Lowry n friends are pissed at JJ for flirting with Lowry ex GF. Point of fight was to get JJ. Since the " victims" couldn't beat JJ up they decided to let the BRPD do the dirt deed for them!

If the story is true that a punch happened in the bar, then the "victims" waited outside for the players to leave, that (to me) is pre-meditated. They were looking to ruff shite up. But they messed with the wrong crowd. They got exactly what they deserved...broken bones and all. If someone is waiting for me to fight, I will do everything I can to render him harmless, including kicking him on the ground. You don't like it? Don't frick with me anywhere for any reason. I don't play by rules when someone is waiting for me to engage in a fight. frick 'em.

It doesn't mean that it but it does mean that much of the police report version continues to be flushed out as BS
That's not the "Police version" you idiot. That's what was reported to them. Then it was reported that there is more to the story. That's why no one has been arrested yet. Remember the players waited till tues. to speak up.

I just don't buy this. Sorry, but it seems a little too convenient, especially with the girl standing right next to him in the video. I think from 1 foot away, the girl would at least know who kicked the guy.
That was not the girl on the police report, the girl in the police report is in the house with Lowery at 6:10AM.

One thing is pretty clear...Lowery lied in the police report.
IF he changed his story when he interviewed with the police at the station, one would think they'd have tossed the case right there because he was clearly lying at some point.
If they failed to do so...then this was gross oversight on the part of their investigative staff. Since they kept pursuing the case...and we assume they are at least somewhat competent, it becomes easy to infer that Lowery's interview at the police statement matches what he said in the report.

quote:why do people keep saying this? These lsu players in question are not very intimidating with street cloths on. Landry, jj, johns. I am certainly not scared. Davenport either.
I doubt anyone surrounded or near a large group of big arse dudes is taking the first swing at anyone.

I think from 1 foot away, the girl would at least know who kicked the guy.

have you considered the possibility that she could be lying? Lowery went back with her after the fight.

Its the "police report version". You know, the version that is in the police report that came out today.

Do you see what I was getting at?
That there is no known credible evidence implicating Jefferson, but there is placing him away from the fight.
quote:
We don't know what Lowery said during his interview at the station as well.
Lowery is toxic. Nothing he says is going to matter from this point.

That girl spent the night with Lowery and had an hour pass before she talked to police. She's as shady as it gets right now.

Can't. Police took them all as evidence.

Mr. Moss, do you have any idea how the Police Report from the scene of the fight could be released to the public? And why has the players' statments not been released
Not Moss, but I believe the initial on scene report is a public record, but reports during the investigation (players' statements) are not.

What he said. If someone is waiting to fight me, I'm making damn sure that he is completely incapacitated and possibly knocked out. I'm not giving this guy any chance to get back up and attack me while I'm not looking
All the hope that Lowery had for anything in this is quickly going down the drain and making himself look like even more of an idiot than he already is
