If it's not resolved by then, JJ plays. Simple as that. Les is waiting until the resolution of the investigation so if it's not over, JJ won't be suspended.

I say play him. He's not declared ineligible by the NCAA until the case goes in farther. I'm sorry but if you feel your better chance to beat Oregon is with him, then you play him

if these events occurred here is how I see it Going Down....
1. Physco freak kicked out of bar for harrassing Young Girl, Girl being chatted up by Young FB player.
2.Physco waits outside, attacks young FB punter. Teamates rush to scene. Physcos friends spin up in truck talking racial smack and jump out and start talking Gun, FB team Whoops them out of fear of gun Qb disables guy claiming gun .
3. All parties flee scene when the Police arrive. to find No one.
4. Dirt bag Lowerey returns cause he knows he was on Video Cam being asked to leave and starting the fight. He gets his side of the story out there first....poor pitiful me i was just happening along on a fight when I got beat up for saving some random dude in a truck.
Dont know about you but in my 50 years is a jack waggon starts talking gun, I am gonna kick his head in on the ground too. I was taught to beat the revenge out of someone who threatens to escalate from a fight to a gun fight....Your mileage may vary but this is how I could see this happening. Easy as Pie.

I'm hoping the crime lab or wherever Jefferson's belongings/DNA were sent can prove that he didn't do the kicking. Not sure how they can do that, maybe like people were posting earlier it could be clothes fibers present on the sole of a shoe, or marks on the shirt/face/body of the guy that was on the ground.
I still have a feeling that JJ and those implicated will not play in the Oregon game, but I could be wrong. This story coming out is at least good for JJ

I've been following the same posters on The Rant for days, and I can tell you one thing for sure.
Moss knows stuff about this case. Several times he has made claims that were proven the next day.
I doubt you could go back through his posts and find something that did not have merit.
