Also, the police report is only from a girl that obviously went home with Lowery and had plenty of time to talk with him:
Now how would a simple by-stander know that? The bitch went home with him and talked a story out with him. Her statement is worth as much as Lowery's is

As was stated in the video thread when people couldnt make out the Jordanjeff audio part. If you want to see it you do if not you don't so those who are sure JJ did it see it those who don't think he did or are waiting for facts don't see it

along those lines I am surprised some passionate fans haven't taken it to this turd Lowery. I would have looked to kick his arse, felony or not, had I still lived there.

Again have you seen all 4 official statements and those of all witnesses. IF not then you can't make that claim.

You are speaking as if the trial was taking place on the Rant...and if so you win. However unless you have seen all the evidence...how can you claim your above statement. FACT IS YOU CAN NOT!
You even admitted in your above post you wanted to see what the others stated, yet tried to claime that only Lowery named names. So you admitted you don't know what anyone else said, but am sure they didn't see anything.

No. Eyewitness reports that Lowrey (or his friends) would not immediately clear Jefferson of battery.
However, it could help the defense build a self defense case for the players that would prevent them from being charged.
