It's not that I don't believe you are in the know or something, but you have to know how this comes off. You're going to confirm who the actually hires are after LSU releases to the public who they have hired? Pardon me for asking, but why do you have to confirm anything at that point? I get it. It gives you plausible deniability in case you're wrong (again I'm not saying you are or aren't).

Do you honestly believe that an internet leak would cause a coaching hire to go down in flames? Get real, this is all part of a coaching hire, leaks & rumors are a way of life & everybody knows it. And if it's you that you are worried bout, I'll say this for you: "to whomever is reading this that might get pissed at Stephen, I am not hearing what I am hearing from him. " And do not worry bout confirming. We will know when LSU announces it.

There's a poster literally saying he knows but can't say. Tells us the announcement would be Saturday, then backtracks and says maybe only one announced Saturday then says only one hire has been made and some of you are eating it up. Now it's Monday and he knows and it's done, but not really, but he cant tell...he just wants us to know he supposedly knows... I was just playing along.

You obviously haven't read the entire thread or you would have seen where I was told the day for the announcement was changed to Monday. I have no control over that. I've been on this site for quite a while, I have no reason to make shite up. Posters like you are the exact reason I don't post stuff that I know. Jacob Phillips had been in the works since mid December. Some of y'all in this thread are so worried about catching clues from Stephen 1979 who doesn't know jack about anything and anytime he finds something out on 247, he runs to post it here. I've dropped clues by not dropping clues and the only ones who were wise to it were brageous, duby and smash. So I'll say again, the best i can say is that the announcement is made today because that's what I was told. The one position is decided. And the last I heard on the other is they are down to 3.
