Easy solution to the State scheduling issue if we can't get the game in tonight...

Mississippi State has a road game at Memphis this coming Tuesday. LSU plays La Tech in Baton Rouge.
Switch it up. Tech goes to Memphis and MSU comes back down to Baton Rouge.
Nobody loses a home game. State still plays a road game - it's just LSU instead of Memphis. Memphis hosts La Tech instead of MSU.
Tech and Memphis don't play in the same conference, so there is no problem with an extra game against a conference rival. The drive times aren't exactly the same, but they aren't that much further for the road team.
Problem solved.

Yea, sure. Louisiana Tech and Memphis know the world revolves around LSU. They will almost certainly accommodate. Right? Doubtful.

BTW, I thought the 10:00 start game only applied for games where the visiting team had classes the next day. Since this game is on Saturday, MSU won't have class tomorrow.
It is Starkville, so I guess it is possible that Bible Study would be considered class...
