Les Miles coached teams are always awful with penalties. Trust me, I'm not a fan of how John Chavis left, but he's light years better than Steele.

I wouldn't say that Harris isn't good. I would be more inclined to say that we haven't told him to take what is there. We are running deep routes every play with no halfback passes or throws in the middle.
