I agree he is overrated for the hype he had, but I really don't think inside LB is the best position for Moses to be successful. I think they should use him similar to Jacoby Steven's role, but I'm happy to see him getting trucked by a freshman QB.

Moses seems rather small for the LB position. Maybe he should think of switching position for the NFL. He may make a good strong safety in the pro's.

billyholawboy I have seen Bama fans even say when one of their tackles got voted 1st team all sec he wasn't even the best tackle in the secw or even the forth best in the secw. That player was voted 1st team ALL American that year.

You get a lot of hype in recruiting and that holds over to voting.

Dylan should not have been voted all sec this year, he did play very good at times, but should not have made even 3rd team all SEC.

Hype is worth more than watching film and voting on field play, most voters do not watch for all the factors of what makes a player great.

Moses looked totally lost at times last night, and that goes to coaching too. Saban got out coached by a mile and it was telling on defense bad from the start.

Not in Devin White's stratosphere.

I don't think he's overrated right now because nobody talks about him like he's an All American.

But he was somehow a finalist for the Butkus award with very mediocre stats.

After seein him in the playoffs, he never makes a play.
He gets lots of assist by jumping on the ball carrier after
someone else has him wrapped up or slowed down

Ah the Butkus award, I called them years ago about how they come up with finalist for the award and why Bama linebackers seem to be on the list yearly.

That was back around 2010-11 range, I told them watch the film and look at the defense Saban is playing.

You don't get first rd with his attitude. He cheap shotted / late hit someone AGAIN last night after the play. It's one thing when refs don't call it on Bama - but you better believe scouts see it.

I can't see 1st round, unless he puts on weight and maintains speed, or changes positions.

Do you think he was playing to his potential last night? Seems a number of people on here would say otherwise and that he showed the same attributes this year.
