Josh Williams had a pass blocking grade of 32...
Can anyone explain?

He could’ve been on the field 70/70 and we still would’ve lost by 30
There are way bigger issues than that

Durham had that big run at the beginning and was just out for the rest of the series.
If you suck at redzone/goaline, having a running back who can actually make things happen is probably ideal.
That was for free, CBK.

No..because there is no legit explanation for that monstrosity.

i believe Williams has been better at pass blocking in the past. in fact, my understanding is that it was his pass blocking that earned him so much PT. just a bad game or has he been graded that low all season?

That's fine, but it's still a major issue. One of LSU's biggest problems is not being able to run the ball and we are choosing not to play our best running back.

agreed but that is not the premise of the thread.

He's hurt and was playing in basically the football equivalent of a steel-toed shoe.

Did you miss the part where he’s wearing a special cleat because of it?
I don’t think he’d be wearing that if he was healed my man but I could be wrong

He wasn't listed on the injury report. Kelly was specifically asked if there was an issue with him Saturday night and he said no. Durham got the plate that was in his shoe taken out last week.

I appreciate JW dedication and service, but he would not be playing on any other major SEC team. It is time for some new blood and not have him as a staff crutch to run into the nearest defender

Hunt Palmer said he got that taken out last week.

It’s crazy to me that people are comfortable saying shite like this without knowing dick about any other team’s RB depth chart except for LSU’s
The amount of ego or ignorance it takes to take that stance is staggering

Regardless of whether he is or not you still have a bird brain qb that doesn’t know what team to throw the ball to so it’s all irrelevant

TV said that was not the case this week. Had it removed.

This post has nothing to do with the quarterback.
