WW has already exceeded my expectations this year with what he has to work with. He was left with Johnny Jones's roster who almost lost every SEC game last year.

What is with you people and the obsession with turning everything into an Orgeron conversation? Nobody is hating on Wade as some kindve retaliation for the way O is treated. I’ve seen this accusation posted a few times but I’ve never seen any proof of it. It’s like you people’s hate for O is so deep you inject him into as many threads as possible to see if people will take up for him just so you can start a fight about O. Go back to your miserable offseason football threads and quit bringing that poisonous toad Ed Orgeron into the basketball discussions. Things are positive here we don’t need O or the O hating obsessed fans mixed in with what’s going on in basketball.

You cannot tell whether Wade is a good coach or not based on this season. Right now he has a losing SEC record and generally only beats inferior teams. So, while he might turn out to be the greatest basketball coach in LSU history, it is way too early to tell. It is hype at this point.
On the positive side, it appears that he has put together some solid talent for next year. But, we won't know what kind of coach he is until we see how the team does next year.
What is sad is how you and the Wadeophiles lavish praise on him while our winning basketball coach (Coach Nikki) had someone here posting a thread about firing her.
Wade also seems enthused, but his enthusiasm sometimes seems misguided.

Agreed, those feeling the need to justify I think have an unrealistic idea of the number of folks have issues with WW.
Now I think it's fine to question certain things, in game decisions, personnel decision, etc. He's gonna make mistakes...Skip made plenty.
But most can see the big picture I think some may be mis-reading overall sentiment due to the sheer number of posts by one cat.
