Absolutely. Marwan’s FB profile states that Ayman Okeil is his dad. Dad’s profile pic has a picture of the two of them. Marwan’s FB states he’s from Alexandria, Egypt. Dr. Okeil’s resume on LSU’s department of civil engineering website shows that he used to work in Alexandria, Egypt.
