The only thing they'll have better is a QB, only because we can't afford him

Our defense is comprised of 11 very angry, very militant black men with yellow eyes and evil intentions.

If you got offended by this thread then Tigerdroppings isn't for you. You need to have thick skin and a sense of humor. That being said, you will face a tougher Defense against us but our offense is a question mark because we haven't hired a OC or figured out a starting QB.(Oregon should hope for Jefferson at QB) I Think LSU will have the edge in the trenches that will lead to us winning. But if we come out sloppy and unorganized, yall should have a good chance.

First, I'm looking forward to learning all about your 2011 team, school, traditions, etc. LSU is as big time as it gets. I got to believe that whoever wins in Jerryworld should be ranked #1.

Anyway, my first pre-pre-preseason question for y'all (is that good use of y'all?) is how do you see the 2011 LSU team comparing to the 2010 Auburn team we just played? Offensively? Defensively?

Anyway, looking forward to a great game.

And if you have neither.....stay the he'll away from the ot and the political boards......remember, the solution to all problems in ot land is piihb.......

On a more serious note.....earlier posters have summed up LSU very well.....if we'd had consistent qb play last year, y'all would have played us last week!!!!!!!

I got a feeling I'm goint to enjoy this board...no offense taken on my end. This board gets tons of traffic and is wayyyyyy better than the Auburn board. It's like communism dealing with those donkeys...group think.

Personally, I have to think the Tigers will be favored by 5-7 points based on better personnel, especially in the trenches, and what will amount to an 80-20 home field advantage.

I hope to make it down to Big D to take in some cajun' style tailgating. We do things good in the old Pacific Northwest, but I have a feeling, you guys definitely know what you're doing when it comes to gameday.

Anyway, I hope to stop by regularly. This board looks like a lot of fun.

Ok Duck fan, We loose both DT's and middle linebacker. We will not be as strong up the middle as this year unless some current players become studs between now and the game or some true freshmen DT's can take up the slack. DT will be our biggest weakness next year. I know you loose three OL so maybe our weaknesses will cancel out each other. Aub gave you fits up front on DL. We should not be as strong as Aub in this area. Our DE's should play solid and maybe be better than those you saw against Aub. No matter who we play at Middle LB we won't be the same early. Our DB's should be strong unless they have to support the run because of the weakness at DL.

On offense the biggest question is always how is the QB going to play. If he is good so are we. We will miss Ridley at RB he could make people miss in the line and did not go down easy. The young guys at RB have talent but are not yet where Ridley was at TB. This could be a weakness early. TE and WR's should be good if someone can get the ball to them and not their shoes. The OL should be as good or better than last year. We will try to win the line of scrimmage running at you and play action pass. Will our offense be as good as Aub? If we can run at you and get the passing game going we could be.
