I run, too. that's not an LSU/Lake thing. It's like that everywhere now. Doesn't matter where you go in the US. Weed is legal now, you can smell it everywhere.
If you run / walk, as opposed to drive, you can smell what every car that passes is smoking.

I would be afread for the health of the dogs. There is so much weed being smoked that the dogs would probably suffer from some kind of sensory overload tying to go every direction at one time.
