You are right especially in domestic cases. These days men are presumed guilty if a woman makes an abuse claim and law enforcement is under political pressure to accept the claim and arrest the man. And yes most of the claims are true at least in part but abuse claims have become a tool for vengeful women. Wait until all the facts come out before you convict him
