That is not possession of a controlled substance. It was in the call but nothing recovered.

Also shall not be infringed for the purposes of needing a “well regulated militia.” I know some of us like to pretend the well regulated language doesn’t exist, but at the very least some sort of minimum age requirement falls within that purview no?

Well no one with him had drugs. Yeah he’s an idiot for running, but to assume he was selling crack because cops were apparently looking around for someone selling crack is dumb at best, willfully stupid at worst.
