Ok. Don't you think LSU deserves the #1 ranking? Don't you think deserving teams should be ranked higher?
Well this applies to ALL teams, including Bama - Bama doesn't deserve to be top 10.

Hey, here’s an idea: Why not do like every other sport on every other level does, and just have an actual, honest to god PLAYOFF SYSTEM... not this 4 or 8 team playoff BS..... Nah, that’d never work because ‘bowls’ and ‘tradition’.......

The fewer people involved the easier it is to manipulate. When LSU got moved to 2, I said it was in case bama got in at 4. If they didn't lose to Auburn, LSU is 2 and bama is 4.
I also don't trust the current computer rankings. When team A has a best record vs the top 10 and top 30, and has a SOS better than the other 13-0 team, but is ranked 3rd, then something is wrong with the formula. I don't think the computers are using the same formula as 2011.

4 of the 6 BCS computers don't. They were split 2-2 Ohio State/LSU for #1.

Because, then you can’t manipulate the system to milk the larger market teams and those that draw a larger national audience. This is all about money. It’s not about a true national football championship.
Y’all have to realize this by now.

There's too much money invested in the current system to change it.
The Rose Bowl is one major impediment (among others) to this whole thing which is a fricking joke.
