This definitely won’t be another empty promise. For real this time!

The fact that he even had to have this conversation with the team is pathetic.
Football is about exerting dominance on your opponent. Who the fuk needs to reminded of that. It’s Tiger Stadium at night. Go hit somebody.

How many teams have we seen flip the switch during the season to becoming a physically dominant football team?
You need the physical traits and mental disposition to be tough and relentless. Always seemed to me that this was developed in spring/summer ball. If you've been playing regular season games for weeks, it doesn't seem likely that you find the motivation to become something you haven't been. Not to mention, do our formations and personnel groupings lend itself to enhancing that mentality?
I just don't see it happening this week. Boy, would I love to be wrong.

LSU under BK is night and day at home vs on the road.
It would be so LSU to get a big win Saturday, get everyone excited again, and then collapse extraordinarily in Tuscaloosa.

Brian Kelly the genius has spoken.

Yea that's what happens when you lose and you're also an arrogant prick. Everyone looks for a reason to beat you up. Know what would fix that? Winning

I don't know why, but I believe him this time...
What a clown
What a clown

Kelly has no self awareness whatsoever. Is this just a f you response to everyone or is he serious? Surely he can’t mean this and say it with a straight face. Either way proves how detached he is from the fan base and probably the program. More proof he’s just here for the buyout.

Team is what it is at this point.

Nothing BK says matters at all this week.
If LSU wins against an undefeated Texas A&M the entire atmosphere around the program takes a complete 180 (atleast for a week) and gives team, fans, recruits etc…. hope.
If LSU loses - it’s official LSU is out of contention, the entire BK tenure is a massive failure , and the program is doomed until he is gone.

Nobody wants to hear their coach say this in late October. We want to see the physicality and toughness in week one.

Yeah, right. And then after the game “we made improvements but not what we expected “

I don’t think you understand why people are mad…
I’ll explain it layman terms.
If you’re getting 100 million dollar's to coach, this should be the bare minimum to be physical and urgent…. Not saying it week 7 with 2 loses
Posted on 10/24/25 at 7:06 am to LSBoosie
Yeah ok. More than halfway through the season and suddenly they will be physical and have a sense of urgency .
