Don't know about you, but it's starting to hit me how huge this game against A&M is

Both teams backs are against the wall coming off of a loss.
Win and all of your season goals are still in front of you.
Lose, and you have to come to grips with the reality that you'll be leaving September with two SEC losses already and staring down the barrel of a 9-3 or 8-4 season with all realistic hopes of a playoff pretty much gone.
We owe those boy cheerleading clowns, too.
I can't stomach the thought of losing to Marcel Reed twice in a row at home and 3 years straight. Hopefully we come out fired up and bury them early. Leave no doubt.

If LSU loses to ATM then this season is 100% over. If you can’t beat ATM you most likely can’t beat State, Kentucky, Bama, Texas and Tennessee!

Agreed. I think our defense dominates...if SL gets back on track I think we'll be fine. However, I'd feel a lot better if Green wasn't out.

This game with A&M is not huge. We are in Lane’s first year and by itself that is reason enough to believe we have little chance to win a national championship. But we have also suffered too many serious injures to important players.
Lose to A&M and our chance to win the championship next year remains the same, and that’s probably the first year we have a real chance.

Yeah it’s a big one with both teams coming off a loss. Fans can try to downplay it but a 5 loss season is unacceptable with how much we spent on the roster. Losing 2 games this early could be well on its way to one. That being said, I think we stomp the Aggies.

Relax. LSU was tied with Mississippi in the 4th, turnover in the red zone to end the game. LSU will be fine. At least they didn’t get their arse beat by Kentucky at home.

I didn’t get to see the OM game live and I only was able to watch the replay yesterday after reading about it for several days. I have to say that I saw a much better game than I was expecting to see and I feel like this team has a lot of growth ahead of them.
I still feel like they can be dangerous in November if they can make it through some of these earlier tests.
BTW Chambliss is the best QB in CFB. He’s going to make a lot of defenses look bad.

Oh boy I don't want to think about how this board looks if LSU loses to TAMU. I could see this being a dark place where over 50% of the users are convinced Lane is on BK's level with a loss Saturday against TAMU.
