The record isn't everything when you also consider what teams we play after Bama. Arkansas, Ole Miss, and A&M are rarely playing for anything at that point in the season. There's no way we should have gone undefeated to end the season only 2 times in the last 10 years.

You're ignoring a third of the losses came from bowl games against good teams.

Let's axtually break it down.
Miles averages 9-4 after the Bama game if you make it a season of 13 games, and that is using sec only games plus a bowl opponent

I don't get the hate for Miles. I wanted him out just as bad as anyone else but I can recognize and admit that he did some great things while here that will probably never be matched. The hate for Miles usually stems from the die hard O supporters too which is bizarre. It's almost like there is some weird jealousy factor playing in it.
O might be able to have a great career here but he has an awful long ways to go to even be mentioned in the same breath as Miles.
