This is the best defensive outfield that CJJ has had.

1 boneheaded drop ball in 25 games and that is what you are losing sleep over? Lmao. You are a weirdo that’s for sure

So the OP follows his retard-take to open the thread with this...

quote:

For those saying we have a good outfield, try actually watching the players. Stansfield never gets a good jump, looks lost at times, and lollygags on most plays.

Brown is a flip of the quarter. One good play then 3 bad ones.

Whoever went in for Brown had an error also (maybe not an error, but should have got close enough to touch the ball and didn't).

Our OF had a bad game. It's actually great defensively. The worst outfield ever was in 2012. Mason Katz, Raph Rhymes, Alex Edwards and Arby Fields

I'm not losing sleep over it. I think Jake Brown will be fine. I don't think LSU is a bad team. If you want to go back 26 games instead of 25, you can add another one of those too though. I was just using that as an example of how how inconsistent you are with many of your takes

You tell us to watch players yet you misspell one name and can’t even name the other.

I don’t really remember Stanfield messing up so I’m not sure what you are talking about with him.

He didn't dive at an almost uncatchable line drive hit up the middle and then bobbled the ball slightly which resulted in no one advancing a base. These same people watched Curiel dive to catch another ball which turned a single into a triple.

Thanks for reading and tracking my takes for me.

Do you think lsu is a bad fielding team?

Some of y'all never played baseball, much less the outfield. This is not a great defensive outfield that we have had the past 25 years (minus maybe one year).

The season is young, so hopefully we can get better, but I'm not impressed by what I've watched so far (about half the games). Again, watch the players, don't just hear the announcer brag on a player and assume he is good.

You say shite like "dropping routine fly balls is the sign of a bad team" then when LSU drops a routine fly ball you don't keep that same opinion. Unless you think LSU is a bad team.

Yep because that's what we do here. I guess mostly everyone knowledge besides you think that Curiel and Stanfield are apart of one of the worst outfields we've ever had.

I’m sorry I insulted Xavier. I will try and be nicer next time when evaluating a team we all will watch just one time. I will be more careful with what I say as to not upset you.

Know how I know yesterday was the first game you've watched all season?
